HEADS UP PEOPLE ON MxO PROBLEM!!!
MxO is experiencing a big problem that just started up that makes your computer crash at loading screen. This is a BIG WARNING for EVERYONE!!! Do not...I REPEAT, DO NOT JACK OUT OF MxO WITH A BIG CROWD OF PEOPLE AROUND YOU OR IF YOUR EXPERIENCING MAJOR LAG. ONLY JACKOUT OF MxO UNLESS YOU ARE AT A HARDLINE!!!
If you do not listen to my post and you jackout of MxO without FOLLOWING MY DIRECTIONS Then the lag and buffer of your computer at the time will combine and crash your MxO account. If this happens, contact MxO and tell them about your problem and they will reboot your characters so there will be no problem BUT, alot of people have been experiencing this problem so you might not get through to any MxO Representative in the day time so try in the morning around 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM. If you still can not get through, then you will have to wait until MxO's next update which will be from 2 to 8 weeks.
THIS IS NOT A FAKE MESSAGE! I'm speaking the truth for all the people who play MxO so they won't have to go through what I had to go through so PLEASE, REMEMBER THIS MESSAGE!!!
Happy gaming Fellow Zion friends!

I jacked out and my characters were just stuck on the server. I was stupid and waited a day to contact Sony. The chat support guy had to contact some higher ups then eventually a GM. A day later, my characters were still stuck, but eventually everything got unstuck. If i had contacted them sooner, and kept my support ticket updated, it would have probably taken 2 business days, instead of 4 or 5.
Not a HUGE problem, like your making it out to be, but I do admit, it is a hassle to talk to the chat support, because they made me identify who I was (account information and things along those lines, to make sure i wasn't trying to gain access to an account that wasn't mine).

Seriously, this has been an ongoing issue, but the symptoms have only gotten alot worse as of the last server reboot. But 4-5 days? To purge an idle character who's data stream has been terminated? Something is seriously wrong with that...

it certainly is not me....though I did give someone in my family access data while I have been struggling to get my PC back up to working condition (not yet...grrrr) I doubt my character should be logged in that much....lol....let's see what happens when I try to log in (which may not be until later this week). thanks for the heads up. Something is seriously wrong with that... like i said that was my fault, i waited too long to contact them, and i didn't update the status of my problem, so that a GM or dev who came along and saw that it hadn't been updated might of thought it had been taken care of.
