from SOE on DN1: "There is story content behind the anniversary event, so it's more like A Piece of Blue Sky than it is the Halloween Masquerade. There will be missions, characters, and NPC spawns involved that describe what's going on. Some people will choose sides and some will choose to not take part. In the end, we're simply putting together something out of the ordinary that we hope you all enjoy. The basic plot: The Smith Virus has returned and it's up to you to fight it off. (Or not. There's always a choice, isn't there?) What will it's effects be? Well, we know there are "flaming" agents involved, but the rest you'll just have to see for yourself. Unless, of course, Rarebit gives it away. And, as many suspected, luggables will make their second in-game appearance. They'll be playing a major role in this event and hopefully give us the data we need to make them a permanent part of the game. Stay tuned for more on that one. As there are also collectors involved, we'll leave them in the game until Update 51 goes live so you can turn in...well...whatever it is we have for you to turn in. " So....shouldn't the pride, TTB and perhaps some other friendly factions plan to get together to own this event? I suspect there will a race to collect items and control some luggables, etc. as a group we could have a really great time and perhaps rule the roost....what do ya'll think? T

bingo -- that's what I was also thinking. When it comes to luggables we need someone on each faction chat that is monitoring the situation.
In the pride we're boom or bust as far as members on at various times. So on a boom time, absolutely some working on team PVP (which is essentially what luggables is about) can get it on.
Anyone hoping to do luggables work ought to reply their interest level (ideally in this thread). So we know who's very hot to trot on this. Who's interested. Anyone lvl 24 or higher can put on RSI & standby -- without PVP flag on & do REZ's to help fallen teammates get quickly back into the brawl. Higher levels -- well, whatever help is all good.
Count me in. (lvl 48 -- few million exp from lvl 49, but handy Forceenhancer, or MKT)

Sorry folks. Been bustin' my butt in the real.
I absolutely think that it would be benificial for both TTB and The Pride to work together as much as possible on this. I may or may not have internet access at that time. We'll see. Cheers!
