forums.station.sony.com/mxo/posts/list.m?topic_id=36300009880The Insomnia Diversion has engaged in open warfare with Pirathonite, captain of the last ship of The Blue Order. I figured Fatmop would like to be able to read this, in case he hasn't yet. Also, I think we could get some machine support to take out these cypherites if you guys want. Perhaps if we approach Vogt.....

IC: Methinks I am going to step up my training, especially after ViralMarauder has turned against us. I have some friends in a few machine factions and I will see if I can negotiate some cease fires during this flare up. I hope some fellow crew members in the Lions will be willing to help.
OOC: ViralMarauder has meant no ill feelings by changing Orgs, he wants a change and we will not hold it against him. He has agreed to not target us in PvP and I have assured him we will not attack him either. If I here of any "Revenge" killings I will be very disappointed. The rest of ID are not part of this deal and can be dealt with with extreme prejudice ;D

I kinda wondered where he went. Thought I heard something about him going cyph.....anywho, for pure RP purposes, if we do engage him, I won't hesitate to take him down.
He's a good guy and all and I support him, but if there is war, I am bound by my character to follow through RP-wise.
*re-reads post* Did that make sense? I'm still tired from my sleeping problems.....

Yeah, I've been keeping my eye on that thread. I'm all over the cypherite boards. What's TTB plan on doing about this? Not that I should be filled in on specifics I guess, but does the phrase "terminate all" fall anywhere in your plans?

Crap. A command decision is required. *crawls out of the hidey hole and goes to read the thread*

My decision is that they can tear themselves apart. This affects our goals in no harmful way and actually accomplishes one of our goals for us. Namely.. the self destruction of the cypherites as an organization. If they are in the way... stomp 'em. If not.. who cares.

Alright. Your decision makes sense.
I just thought we could strike while they were weak and their opposition was strong. Although, if they somehow manage to regain favor with the machines and begin to reorganize, could you rethink your position?
Kinda tempted to take them out ourselves to make sure the job is done.

The more they fight amongst themselves the better. We've rarely directly confronted them. These are not the leadership. If Veil and the agent inhabited Cryptos make an appeance then by all means. Do what you can. Our goal should be freeing Cryptos of the ... thing .. that currently controls him like a puppet. I would also like to question Toorima aka Veil sometime but I doubt that will happen. She avoids us generally. Can't blame her really. But the freedom of Cryptos from this ... obscenity ... the Machine has forced upon him is our first Priority regarding the Cypherites. That and the safety of Zion. A dead Cryptos does us no good. We need him alive. (( ))

As far as I am concerned we should all remain alert, this drama has only just begun and we need time to see how it sorts itself out.
We need some time to see how the machines deal with this.
