Obviously, with update 50 coming out and nerfing MKT (finally), everything will change with regards to this loadout, but I'll post what I can remember here since the only other thing I have to do today is write 2 papers and I really, really don't want to.
I loaded (to the best of my recollection) all the way up the MKT tree including the Master Knife Thrower ability, but with very few if any of the auxiliary abilities. Most of the rest of my memory space went to fill the Assassin tree all the way up to Punt, and the remaining to either awakened abilities plus a few optional abilities on either of those trees or to infiltrator up to disguise/leg sweep (and cartwheel escape was in there somewhere).
Once you've tweaked the loadout as you see fit, you can start to use it in combat quite effectively. It's usually advised to start off a battle using Stealth so you can sneak around and choose a ripe target. What's ripe? The best is someone already engaged in interlock, because you can sneak up behind and use Staggering Throw, then a series of Neuro Dart, Deadly Throw, Throat-Cutting Throw, Subduing Throw, and maybe Sever Artery, and repeat those over and over until the target's dead. That order of throws was generally the one I used.
What to do when there are no already-engaged targets? Look for people without a shield up. We all know what Punt does, so I don't think I need to explain it. After you've gleefully kicked someone in the 'nads, you're in interlock. If you don't have any other teammates wanting to interlock this guy, then use the same order of throws as mentioned above (minus neuro since you can't) plus leg sweep. You might want to use Leg Sweep first for its 10-point reduction in combat tactics. Also, directly after you punt, activate Find Weakness before the flurry of twice-per-interlock-round-knife-throws.
If, while in interlock, you seem to be losing, no problem - use grab tactics to up your defense and activate cartwheel escape. Then you can hyperjump around to your heart's content - better still, if you've got some IS left, neuro dart your opponent before running off to heal.
And yes, hyperjump and escape tactics are vital to MKTs under normal conditions. You'll hear loads of people complain that people using the spy trees or sniper abilities are cowards - but why get killed and take the death effect when you can just kill your opponents over and over? Keeping your stats at maximum effectiveness is an important consideration, which is why the spy tree has so many interlock-escape moves and enemy-slowing moves. Use them.
I mean, don't use them when your team is trashing your opponents, because that's just dumb. If you've got the numbers on your side, stick around and fight. But when there are 2 or 3 guys coming at you at once, yeah, dart one of them, deadly throw another, and then jump and see if the last one will come at you without his friends. If he doesn't and then starts to yell that you're a chicken, well, hang on now... why didn't he jump after you?
That's all I remember, really. I don't have a screenshot of my hotbars, but I had speed, grab, and withdraw along with loads of ability buttons and awakeneds/buffs. After a while I started using power tactics against people who clearly didn't have hyper sense running, but I've always hated power - it's the least accurate, it has terrible defense and (if I recall) a penalty to evade combat. Maybe that's the MA in me speaking, since I could -never- get off a normal power attack as a martial artist..
