Come to think of it....this thread should be in the Media Sub-forum. I'll take some pictures of my lab with all my boxes piled on this desk and put them up soon.

Hehe...as you can tell from my windows desktop, I'm not too keen on keeping everything as orderly as possible. Part of the reason I like fluxbox so much is there are no icons on the desktop

As you can tell from the first screen.. order isn't something that's part of my life. LOL.
Thanks renegade. I've been meaning to make some proper MxO wallpapers but I never seem to have the time. hehe. ;D

I like to have a clean stripped down desktop. However my programs bar is huge, almost 3 full bars alphabatised but still hard to find things.

hehe on my Ubuntu system, i have 3 taskbars . One on the bottom you can see, one on the right that holds all of my quick-launches for various programs (auto-hide), and one of the stop for my work spaces (auto-hide as well). There's something really cool about Ubuntu that I've been really wanting to try...you can get 4 monitors and assign each of the four workspaces to it's own monitor. *now all I need is 4 flat-panel monitors *
