The collector for the 12.1 content is found in Ikebukuro (X: 636, Y: 9, Z: -186)
Rather than tell you the merits of each and every item I will simply outline how to get each of the items necessary to trade in.
Tiger Pendant Claws: Dropped by the gang members in Murasaki District.
Iron Badge: Dropped by the gang members in Shirakaba.
Override Trace: Dropped by lvl 42 Accelerated Agents in Shirakaba. Try X: 200, Y: -4, Z: 286 OR X: 266, Y: 0, Z: 182 OR X: 301, Y: 11, Z: 147 OR X: 315, Y: 5, Z: 73. These guys are resistant to hacks, guns and MA are the best way to kill them.
Override Function Fragment: Dropped by lvl 53 Override Functions in Baldwin Heights. Try X: 5, Y: 47, Z: 390 OR X: -15, Y: 187, Z 412. These guys can be solo'd, again they are resistant to hacks, Guns and MA are the best way to kill them. If you are buy yourself pull them 1 at a time away from the other to kill them. They use hacks out of IL and Aikido + Hacks in IL.
Override Shell: Dropped by lvl 55 Override Functions found in the white halls connecting to Union Hill. Go through the door at X: 129, Y: 223, Z: 788. The proceed through the door at X: -2058, Y: 121, Z: 1433. In that room will be roughly 4 lvl 55 Override function, resistant to hacks like all the others. The room is very small so it's impossible to fight 1 at a time, better to take a team in. With a team of 6 they are generally no challenge to fight.
Override Kernel: To farm Override Kernels the ideal team will consist of: 1 Upgrade Master with recall team member loaded and single target heals.
2 MA's, one main tank and one backup.
3 Gunmen or MKT's.
To get this strategy started at least 1 person in the group (Except the UM) will have to have disguise and recall team loaded (Though they can change after that early function is performed) and someone else must have a lvl 4 sim loaded.
To start with have the person with disguise loaded make their way through the white halls into the room with the lvl 55 Override Functions. If they proceed directly ahead a door at the end of that hall will lead them to the interior of a building filled with lvl 55-70 Override Functions and Override Executables. They should disguise and make their way to the coordinates X: -2044, Y: 638, Z: 1423. This room is empty and adjacent to a room with the lvl 70 Executable you want to kill. Recall the team into this room (Standing on those exact coords is a good idea, standing in other places sometimes pulls people in from other rooms). Once in there the recaller is free to leave and return with their main loadout up by being recalled by the UM.
Once all in the room are buffed up and ready everyone should stand in the SW corner of the room (X: -2050, Y: 638, Z: 1421). Have the sim person make their low level sim and open the door. Set the sim to attack on of the lvl 60 Override Functions in the room then call the sim back to the player. The NPC will follow through the door, DO NOT attack the NPC until the door is closed. Once the door has closed gank the lvl 60. Repeat this process with the other lvl 60 and after that the lvl 70. For some reason using the sim disables his ability to spawn a swarm of allies.
This plan is not perfect, often it will fail when another lvl 70 Executable stumbles upon your room and spawns his goon squad. Sometimes the lvl 70 will spawn his buddies anyway. If all goes to hell (And if you're farming for a whole team of 6 chances are it will at some point) you will have to wait for 15 minutes for the area to reset and the NPC's to disperse before you can attempt again.
3 Do not's: DO NOT use area attacks or area heals, these pull more NPC's into the area.
DO NOT use taunt as the main tank, it may pull more into the area if you are near a wall.
DO NOT run around screaming like a 3 year old after having a double expresso if you happen to pull more than 1 person into the room with the sim. This will only pull more NPC's into the area and encourage a wipe. If you pull the other lvl 60 into the area have the backup tank fight him. If you pull the lvl 70 into the room it is entirely possible to ignore him until the lvl 60 is dead, regroup then have the sim attack him before you all jump him.
Not all wipes are the direct fault of someone, but if you do one of the above three things and are at fault for a wipe you leave yourself wide open for abuse.
