Before I say anything I have to stress the point that you should be very careful before you recycle anything you pick up on your Pandora's Box quest, late in the quest you will be required to trade in items you received from the 1st and 2nd Arc, if you recycle these you have to start the quest all over again. You have been warned.
ARC 1: You can start this Arc at level 30 if you so desire, but the enemies you fight are lvl 36 and higher so you might want to put it off a bit, the item you receive from thise quest is level 35 aswell, so there's no rush. Go to the Hampton Green Hotel, near the Hampton Green East HL. Near the end of the hotel there is a collector named "Fasset" (X: 158, Y: -20, Z: 70). To proceed safely down the dungeon you want to be lvl 38 so none of the NPC's on the way attack you, with the exception of the boss at the end. You can trade in 1 million $info for Research Notes from him. Take the notes to anywhere in International and use them to start up a mission, you have to search a safe and the area is filled with lvl 36 guards. You don't have to kill all the guards so spies can fly through this. Inside the safe you will find a Postcard and a Scalpel. Observing the Postcard it shows you a picture of White Lotus Hotel, go to Shinjuku WC and go inside the hotel and trade with "Mr. Pillsworth" (X: -95, Y: 1, Z: 390). Trade in the Scalpel for another Scalpel and Mr. P's Card. You can also trade in the post card for 150k $info, you don't need the card anymore. Go to Park East N or NC and use Mr. P's Card. You will need hacker and pick locks for this mission, kill all the people in the first section and talk to the Bluepill. In the next section you have to kill a bunch of guards, pick the lock to a door and hack a computer. Make sure you have a spare slot in your inventory when the mission is over the 1st Pandora's Box is placed directly into your inventory.
Take the box to the Lamar N HL. North of the hardline is a highway, just off the corner of the road is a raised support pillar (X: 418, Y: 14, Z: 203). Make sure you have a Howitzer with you, drop the box on the small section sticking out then jump onto the road. From there you can nuke the NPC's at your leisure and there is not much they can do to stop you or interlock you. The NPC's spawn in 3 waves, with a good break in between each wave for you to recover. Once you have killed them all enjoy the fancy little effect of the box ending, loot all the NPC's and make sure to search the safe there aswell.
Take your loot to Historic district, don't upload on the way cause some items you need to trade in will be uploaded aswell (Just dig them out of your loading area if you accidentally uploaded them). Go to the collector "The Archaeologist". First trade in for the Doctors Gloves, then Trade for the Surgeons gloves. If you didn't get the items you need it's ok, just go back to Mr. P and trade the Scalpel in again to restart the last mission and have another go at the box. Once you have the Surgeons Gloves, trade in for the Torturers Gloves.

ARC 2: After collecting your Torturers Gloves go to Mara Central and find the collector "Loripor" (X: 289, Y: 1, Z: -60). Trade in the Bloody Surgical Mask and Scalpel for the Origami Paper and Surgical Mask. Go to anywhere in International and use the Origami paper to start a mission paper. The NPC's in this mission are lvl 42. Once you've killed them all you get an "Encrypted Keyfob" from Argon. Now you need to collect a Silver Badge (From Park East) a Gold Badge (From Industry Square or Stratford Campus) and an Eagle Pin (Creston Heights). It is a good idea to get a few of each cause you probably have to repeat this trade a few times. Take the Keyfob and the items to the collector "Daniel Cates" he's on the roof of the Metacortex building near the Morrel S hardline, just Hyperjump up there (X: -1,222. Y: 189, Z: -171). Trade in the items for another Encrypted Keyfob and a Kalt Lobby Pass. Take the Kalt Lobby Pass to Kedemoth C, use it to start another mission. You need hacker and lockpicks to do this mission. You have to access 3 computers and pick the lock to a safe. NPC's in the same room as the computers carry the keys to the computers, but 2 of them can be hacked anyway. 1 of the computers needs a key, dropped by a Security Captain. After accessing all the computer and picking the lock all the NPC's in the area become non hostile and stop attacking so you can charge through the mission if you want. After doing that, the last room in the mission area opens up and allows you to talk to Kalt. She will give you the address to the next mission area. Search the area, hack the computer, check the phone and pick the lock to the safe. Take any items and upload them at the hardline. Make sure you have a spare slot in your inventory, you will receive the next box at the end of the mission.
Again take the box to the highway area in Lamar near Lamar N. Again the NPC's come in waves of 3, each wave is weaker NPC's but more of them. The first wave is only 3 NPC's, 2 47's and 1 48. The next waves are lvl 44 and below (Again a level 50 Howitzer can easily deal with them as they are MA focused and can't IL anyone if you drop it as instructed). Again loot all the NPC's upon killing them all and be sure to search the safe.
After getting all the loot proceed to Historic S again and talk to "The Archaeologist". Trade in for the Tiger Acolyte's Gi, then trade for the Tiger Warrior's GI (If you don't have all the Scrolls, visit Daniel Cates in Morrel again to get another Kalt Lobby Pass and repeat the last mission). Finally trade in for the Tiger Masters Gi.

ARC 3: Go back to Fasset in the Hampton Green Hotel and trade in the Encrypted Keyfob, Surgical Mask and Mysterious Headband for Clef's Business Card. Take the Business Card to richland and use it to start a mission. It's a good idea to load disguise and lockpicks as one section requires you to enter an area filled with lvl 50+ Agents, far easier with disguise. The other NPC's are relative pushovers for a level 50, and max out at level 48 in the missions. At the end of the mission loot the Special Silver Badge from Clef's body, take it to Park East NC and trade with Officer Taylor for the White Cell Phone. Go to international and use the Phone to start a missions, it's pretty simple all you have to do is talk to Dame White, she will give you an Intricate Key. Go to the Tarah Construction Site in Creston Heights (Creston Heights N). The collector there, Fechamento (X: -869, Y: -6, Z: 613), will trade the Intricate Key for another Key and a GPS Locator. Use the Locator to start another mission, kill everything in the area and the safe will open up. Upload the contents at a HL and you will get the 3rd box, make sure you have spare room in your inventory to receive it.
Take the box to the highway at Lamar N again, 1 howitzer can solo this but it can be a bit tough, better to bring a few along or someone who can heal/buff. The NPC's again come in 3 waves, each one higher levels but roughly the same number, but they will spawn even if you haven't killed the last wave, so if you don't stay on top of them it can get a bit out of hand with so many shooting you. It's a good idea to load Destroyer and Insidious code, the resistance debuffs really help with taking out the last spawn where the NPC's are lvl 51-53. Once you have killed everyone loot them all.
Go to the Archaeologist again, trade in for the Sharpshooter Shirt first, then go for the Snipers Shirt. If you don't have all the items you need then you can go back to Fechamento and get the token to start the last mission again (Very easy to repeat this box). Finally trade in for the Squad Leaders Shirt.

ARC 4: You will definitely need a disguise to do the first part of this arc. Which is go down the Creston Museum and trade with Kirjath Arba, she's on the lowest floor a few rooms before the boss, can't miss her cause you will run right passed her on the way there, trade in the Intricate Key, Headband, Uninspected Goggles for a Mobile Tracker and Goggles. Go to Richland and use the Mobile Tracker to start a mission. If you're by yourself the NPC's will be level 50 and come in 3's, easy to defeat. The more 50's in the team the higher the NPC's level up to lvl 55 each, so it's not worth taking a full team of 50's there when by yourself the mission is easy. After murdering everyone collect the Merovingians Chit. Go to Club Cyclo in Morrel and trade with Caleb Vitus (X: -1,365, Y: 255, Z: -228) for Caleb's Note. Take the note to international and use it to start another mission. It's a good idea to bring a few friends along, this place is packed with level 51's and a few 52's and they tend to swarm you all at once. At the end of the mission you will receive an Antediluvians Countersign. Now comes to boring grind, you need to farm a brightflash auto from Morrel (Collector is near Morrel NC). Take the Brightflash Auto to Lu Ruhamah in the Abandoned Subway in Rogers Way (X: -710, Y: -12, Z: -696). Trade in the Brightflash Auto and Antediluvians Countersign for a Hoar Key and another Countersign. Take the Hoar key to downtown and use it. You will definitely want help with this mission, packed with lvl 53 NPC's and at the end you have to fight the Antediluvian, lvl 55 with a few lvl 53 guards. After finishing him off you get to visit the Merovingian in Club Hel (Hampton Green NWC is the most convenient HL I find, leads you right to the underground parking where the elevator is located).
Go to Lamar N again, open the box on the pillar off the highway as usual. The NPC's come in 3 waves main waves (Though each wave comes in little section with a few seconds gap between each spawn), the first one being roughly a dozen NPC's ranging from level 52-55. Second wave is another dozen or so similar to the 1st. A few Howitzers should be able to deal with this. The last wave can be pretty tough, nearly all the NPC's are lvl 55 or above. You will definitely want to load Destroyer and Insidious code. Stack both of those on the NPC's and your damage output will be increased hugely, especially against the lvl 58, Balthial, who would normally only take 50-80 damage from Code Nuke 3.0 would take a few hundred damage instead. Once everyone is dead loot them all (And the safe) and proceed to the Archaeologist, hopefully for the last time.
Just like every other Arc the items come in 3 tiers. Start by trading for the Heavenly Footwear, then trade in for the Angelic Shoes. If you don't have all the Records you need (Highly likely the first time) then, unfortunately, you will have to farm another Brightflash Auto and repeat the Antediluvian mission. Once you have all the records you need trade in for the Angelic shoes then the Seraphim shoes. There are a few more trades after this, pay close attention to them cause, if done correctly, you can circumvent the need to ever farm a Brightflash Auto again or do the 4th Box. Trade 21 will allow you to trade in the Countersign, Seraphic Feather and Goggles for another Seraphic Feather and a Prison Mentality Device. The Mentality Device has to be equipped to your tool slot to use, when you activate it, you get +2 to all resistance, not much. But every time you are shot it increases by 2 more points to a max of about 24, at the end of the duration (30 Seconds) you get back IS based on how many times you were hit (I think it is twice the resistance bonus the device is giving you at the time, or roughly that amount). Below that is a trade that allows you to trade in all your PB items, the Seraphic Feather and the Prison Mentality Device for a fresh set of new items and a Prison Mastery Device. The only difference between the Mentality and Mastery Devices is the Mastery Device starts you off by giving you 3 points of resistance instead of 2. There is no point doing this trade yet, wait until your Seraphim shoes are about to break then do this trade for a brand new pair. Additionally, as long as you don't recycle your Seraphic Feather you can continue to repeat this trade to get new PB clothes without having to complete the last mission or farm a Brightflash Auto, it's simply a case of rushing through the quest until you do the mission for the Countersign, then trading in for a Prison mentality device, then a Mastery device and a new set of PB clothes.
