1. Hovercraft Regulations: The fleet will consist of three Main ships, each with 12 berths. The Flagship will be captained by the leader of the fleet. Possible candidates for vacant Captain chairs will be nominated by members of the fleet with the final decision up to the Commander. Ships will only be added if all vacant berths are filled and there is a need. The Hovercraft of SephirothX will not be calculated into these numbers and recuitment remains the domain of SephirothX within the limits of the rules and regulations placed on these boards. Under special circumstances other ships will be allowed to fly the TTB flag as long as they follow the TTB rules and regulations.
2. Disputes: The Commander of the fleet has the final say in any disputes or decisions.
3: Inactivity: Members not active at all for two weeks will be removed from the fleet. Unless there is notification by the crewmember as to why they are absent from the Matrix.
4: Behavior: Members will act in a mature and respectful manner in public. Failure to do so may result in being removed from the fleet.
5: Chat: Fleet communication channels will not be used for personal arguements. If you want to argue do it with /tell. Failure to abide by this rule may result in being suspended from the fleet.
6: Assistance: Veteran operatives will aid and assist new fleet members when possible. Fleet members are expected to help new redpills entering at Uriah Northwest by answering questions and giving assistance where needed when possible. Power Levelling is not something we do and you should feel no obligation to level up new redpills coming out of the hardline.
7: Fleet Military Operations: Allies are to recieve our assistance no matter what the odds.
Formal Alliances: The Pride
8: Orders From Zion: Orders from the office of Commander Lock are to be forwarded to the Commander of TTB immediately. Before any actions are required if possible. Otherwise use your own judgement. Zion is to be defended at all costs unless ordered otherwise by Morpheus or Neo. Morpheus and Neo are the only ones authorized to countermand the orders of the Commander of TTB. I'll throw in Trinity too for good measure as someone who can over-rule the commander of TTB. If she comes back from the dead I think we should listen to her.
9: Non-allied Zionites: Assistance will be given to all Zion forces even if not directly allied with us. How you help is up to you. This includes EPN unless their actions will result in harm to Zion.
10: Roleplay: In terms of Roleplay we follow the orders of Morpheus and Neo. No other. We search for Neo, Morpheus, and defend Zion. There is no wiggle room in this. We stand united as a fleet or not at all. A roleplay guide/list will be forthcoming.
11: Uniforms: The Fleet uniform will be worn to meetings and functions. ((Contact Skyscream or 2fist for copies of the uniform)) Unless of course a fight breaks out. Or one is expected to break out.
12: Meetings: A weekly fleet meeting will occur on saturday at 1 pm pacific time in Club Sphinx near the Dannah Heights west hardline.
13: Forum registration: Registration on the forums is required. Failure to register may result in removal from the fleet.
14: Ignorance of the Rules: It's your own fault if you haven't read the rules. To bad for you. I'm sure everyone that has read them will agree with me. hehe.
