good start if new.. FIND THESE "Data Extractor 2.0": Lvl 40 & higher can find these hot items in furniture on missions
LVL 50 FIGHT:
Q: Do the Data Sentries come in waves? I was completely unprepared and only managed to kill
a few - then a second lot appeared! How many do I need to kill before I get anything good?
A: I was solo, first two waves were quickly disposed of, then another came, then the next wave got me.
Be very prepared.

new dropped items:
Data Siphon 1.0 - needs siphon data node at 20, decom level 30
Data Siphon 3.0 - needs siphon data node at 30, decom level 40
Data Extractor 2.0 - needs siphon data node at 40, decom level 53
Once you make the schematic, and compile it, put it in your toolbar. You will then learn
the code structure for the Data Extractor 3.0
I imagine its the same for the 4.0, which when you look at the code analyzer says 0.4..

New Data Miner Functionality
New Data Taps
Several new data taps have been added for levels 20-50. These new taps offer increased tap
rates, bonus info, and chances to pull bits or code fragments out of data nodes. Most of
the new taps can draw the attention of hostile programs, however, so greedy data miners
need to be ready to flee or fight while mining. With the exception of some of the sequences
triggered by the rare, high level taps, these encounters are generally soloable, even with
memory tied up for mining.
Finally a use for Tool Maker?
All of the new new taps are craftable… and two of them can only be created by a Tool Maker
– there is no other way to get them. Characters with Tool Maker at level 50 should check
the Tools->Tool category in their Code Analyzer Tool in the level 56-60 range. Any recipes
for making luggables will appear here as well once they are learned.
Did you say luggable recipes?
The programs spawned by the new tools aren’t just there to rough up Data Miners, they also have some extra loot. Most of them just carry extra bits or frags, but the toughest groups have one of 4 new luggables. Three of these luggables give nice bonuses themselves, but can also be converted into special frags that can be used to craft new items, including a couple crafting bonus luggables and a portable (but slightly less effective than normal)
signal booster. Except for the signal booster, which only flips your PVP flag while in your inventory, the new luggables can be released completely by dropping them, right-clicking,
and selecting ‘Release’.

Ok, so what we have so far is:
--Old--
Basic Data Tap - only needs find data node, decom level 5
Data Tap - only needs find data node, decom level 17
Advanced Data Tap - only needs find data node, decom level 30

Data Siphon 1.0 - needs siphon data node at 20, decom level 30
Data Siphon 3.0 - needs siphon data node at 30, decom level 40
Data Extractor 2.0 - needs siphon data node at 40, decom level 53

Assuming of course Aqua was on about a siphon.

That implies the scrambler and extractor are data taps, but they're only schematics...
unless of course you need the frags referenced
