Going to main Guardian/Juggernaut probably. From what I've seen in the beta, most people playing force users concentrate on dps and heals, very few tanks. And the armor/robe combo they've got going for Guardians and Juggernauts look sick, so I'm going with that.
Also, why limit to only Republic? We could make "Pride of the Republic" and "Pride of the Empire". Why not? x)
And Val, if Bioware ever made a game about Ewoks, would it be GotY then? =P The story in the game is what makes it good (although I'm still pissed at the treatment HK-47, Revan and the Exile got), I just hope they've prepared a ton of endgame content. Otherwise there won't be much to do once you've capped your characters.
And yeah, female and male for each class. So a total of 16 voice actors for main characters. And from what I've seen, they all have their charm, and fits almost any character you make. Oh, and I didn't find source, but I'm pretty sure the woman who voices the Sith Warrior is Claudia Black. If it's not her, she has the same voice. =D

WHAT? ?? A Empire faction of The Pride? You aren't who I thought would suggest that but I'm all for it cause I plan to make my main toon a bh since I loved playing the one I rolled up. Really what can match hovering in the air and shooting rockets at people (aptly named death from above). Although the smuggler is fun too but not great solo cause Corso is squishy and stupid.

Well Ewoks would suck lol But they've done a decent job thus far. What was wrong with REVAN and that? Plus I couldn't care less about Endgame as I take my time at things savour them. And before long an Expansion/ update will be available for you to feast your apatite on Please just don't be a power leveller aka someone who eats through content as quick as possible to get all the best gear! i hate hat. Nah Im Republic until I die! The Jedi Code (sitting in a book beside me no joke) is my way of life! lol

So... you're a monk, then?
I've levelled my Knight to 19, and haven't had to grind anything at all. Running quests and flashpoints was enough to keep me 1 level above the quests' level. So I don't think you can "power level", since so far there's no real point to it. But that also means that when you reach max level, if all the quests are done, you have nothing left to do. So endgame content is very very important in this case. If there's none, people will get bored, and after one or two months their subscriptions will drop fast. And because of the need to voice act everything, making new content for players will take longer than another game, so that may cause problems too. We'll see.

True but it wouldn't surprise me if they have a LOT of content that just isn't ready yet or do them the 1St lets say year that way they can spend this year polishing, implementing, polishing and setting up new content! I doubt Bioware are taking the omg its released were screwed we didn't expect em all to level that quick! Also it might be worth considering that they have all data set on high so you can munch down a lot of content very quickly on these Test servers. Would be pointless having 3 days worth of everyone's at like level 20/25 OMGZ what about endgame. They have it covered

Tnx for the review dee... and to be honest... I'm looking more and more forward to The elder scrolls 5... and not SW.TOR. I'm beginning to doubt if i will even try SW: TOR. For now i've got my focus on: 11-11-11

Lol no worries, Rassy. Still not sure if I'm getting it myself. If I have another invite and have fun again, I'll buy it. Otherwise, got other games on my list besides that (namely Skyrim and Saints Row 3), and my Christmas shopping =P
EDIT: Oh and Val, you asked what was wrong with Revan a few posts above, so I'll explain in detail.
Revan wasn't much of a character in the original KotOR. Just a blank persona that you could fill with what you wanted, similar to most RPGs. He was an ex-Jedi Sith Lord that was redeemed, that's pretty much it. But in KotOR II, with the introduction of Kreia and the Exile, the scenario got a lot more complex (in a good way).
Kreia, through the game, explains that shortly after the final battle of the Mandalorian Wars, Revan (still a light-sided Jedi then) had found the Trayus academy on Malachor V, and learned that something was lurking on the edge of the galaxy. To learn more about the new treat, he and Alek (later Malak) journeyed beyond the outer rim, under the false pretense that he was chasing Mandalorian remnants that had fled during the battle. There, he found something far worse than the Mandalorians: the True Sith Empire.
Revan understood that with the weakened Republic, and the Jedi Order as it was, they had no chance to resist the Empire once they would decide to make their move. So Revan, after much research, decided that the only way to protect the galaxy would be to fall to the Dark Side, take up the mantle of the Sith, and wage a "war" with the Republic. His plan was to hit outer rim worlds, in order to build his own armies and defences there (to make a sort of shield around the core worlds), and only assassinate dirty Republic leaders, those that would only slow down political processes. He wanted the Republic to be at its best, both militarily and economically when the Empire would strike. As such, he sought out the Star Forge, and took up the name Darth Revan.
Revan knew that the Star Forge was a powerful artifact of the dark side, and that this power could easily make him fall too far, so he never spent much time there. Problem is, Malak never really understood his plan. He stayed on the Star Forge too much, and eventually it caused him to lose sight of what they were trying to do. So Malak turned on Revan, as it is custom with Sith. Unlike Revan, Malak attacked any world at random, weakening the Republic.
After the first game, once Revan had come back and defeated Malak, he started to remember more and more about his past, and eventually remembered about the Empire. He sought out his former master, Arren Kae (later known as Kreia), who was part of a trinity of Sith Lords on Malachor V, and now called Darth Traya. There, she reminded him of every thing he once tried to do, and failed because of his apprentice, and that the Empire was still planning to attack. Revan left his companions behind (with a pregnant Bastila), ordered Canderous to assemble the Mandalorian clans once again, and left the galaxy to try to hold back the Empire by himself as long as he could.
This is everything KotOR II established about Revan's character. Obsidian managed to turn a blank character into an extremely complex one, and succeeded perfectly. Thing is, Bioware has got such an ego, that when LucasArts allowed them to work on TOR and take back the KotOR franchise, instead of picking up where Obsidian left off, they decided to remove everything they ever did with the series and changed it to their way. Now Revan is back to being a Jedi who fell to the dark side because he met with the Emperor, who ordered him to attack the Republic without pity to prepare for his arrival. They turned Revan into a little bitch.
The new book Bioware published (named "Revan") goes even further by retconning not only Revan himself, but KotOR II in its entirety. The Exile no longer is the complex character that she was. In KotOR II, you finally learn that during the battle of Malachor V, the echo sent by the thousands of deaths was too painful for her to live through, so she cut herself from the Force, causing a "wound". Like Nihilus, she's able to literally "suck" the Force out of everything around her, like the drain sucking the water from your bath. Across the game, she gains level and gets more powerful, but she never feels the Force herself; she's able to use it by draining it from other Force sensitive people around her. Kreia was obsessed with the Exile because she wanted the death of the Force as a whole, and the Exile was the way for her to achieve that. It's also why she was Exiled by the Jedi Council, because she was a danger to the Force itself.
The book retcons that too. She's just a normal petty Jedi with no history now. Kreia (arguably the most complex villain ever conceived in video games history) never existed either. They basically shit on everything Obsidian did with the series. While I guess it's in their rights, Bioware being the ones who started the series, many fans see this like a big F-U from their part. And even worse is that they delete Obsidian's story, but keep things they invented for themselves.
Example: You know how I mentioned that both the Exile and Darth Nihilus were able to drain the Force in everything? Well, they never could do that, BUT the Sith Emperor can. Yeah, his super power, what makes him so evil, is that he can "eat" the Force in everything. In the novel, Revan and the Exile freak out when they learn about that power, even though the Exile herself is supposed to be a wound in the Force, and she defeated Nihilus who could also do it. Oh, and she gets killed by a minion with one stab, and Revan gets easilly captured and tortured for 300 years, kept alive by....
da da duuuuum...
ANOTHER STAR FORGE!!. Yeah, the star forge is actually a living thing. It can grow and shit...
Anyway, so that's why I'm pissed at what they did with Revan and the Exile, and generally how they handled Obsidian. Just seems cheap, and Bioware's version of the story looks more like a fanfic than professional work. I don't know.

Ok I never have completed ANY KotoR. Im sad, becasue the first one was great, but i did stupid things like level my skills and stats wrong! Could only fight Malak for like 30secs at a time then died! So Ill get it back off a mate and play it again The interesting part is that Obsidian were chosen to do the story BY BIOWARE! So that is a big F-U! I liked the story for Kotor II but could never finish it due to bugs! Thanks for the huge story update though I liked it Keeps me informed, and can I say that story sounded awesome that Obsidian had! Bioware seem to have a good idea just not beefed up enough!
